 So, let’s check whether the number 67 is prime or not. As 67 is only divisible by 1 and 67 is a prime number.

Using the Divisibility Test Method

In the divisibility test, we will check the divisibility of the number with the other numbers which are less than its square roots. Now, let’s check whether 67 is a prime number or not using the divisibility test. The square root of 67 is approximately around 8. So, we need to check till 7

 

Checking the divisibility by 2: As 67 is an odd number so, it is not divisible by 2
