Step 1: List the multiples of each of the numbers;
2 = 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,…
4= 4,8,12,16,20,…
5= 5,10,15,20,…
Step 2: Find the smallest number in both the lists
LCM (2,4,5) = 20
2 = 2
4 = 2×2
5 = 5
LCM(2,4,5) = 20
