Battle Royale is well known by all the Fortnite players. In 2017, the game was added to the list of the most popular online games.

The popularity of the Fortnite game is made by its antagonist, namely MIDAS. Mythically, Midas in Fortnite is a definite king based on the Greek story of the same name, the King who was blessed and cursed Midas has full control over his powers and he can utilize these powers in his own ways.

Midas has a self-centered power.  Everything the king touches turns to gold. With very high intelligence, Midas is a cruel Fortnite character but, On the other hand, Midas loves and cares deeply for his family members. 

At first glance, Midas is shown in a luxurious and classy look with a suit arrangement, the tattoo shown on his body has a touch of gold in them.

After reaching his shoulder, the gold began to spread to the right side of his body and down to his hips. To display his cruelty, his right eye is shown blind with a cross line.

Midas transformation occurs on multiple levels. 

As stated above, the gold in his right hand began to spread over his arm, after reaching his shoulder,  the gold began to spread to the right side of his body, then down to his hips. 

At Level 111, it is described that Midas has a golden spread to extend under the right foot (the sole of the right foot). 

Level 113, the gold color on Midas’s body slowly began to expand in the right area. 

Level 116, the gold spread on Midas’s body to the jaws of his neck. It should be noted that Midas’ feet and neck were already golden. 

Level 117, Midas’ head begins to turn gold, except for the left eye area. 

Level 120, Midas’ head, and left part of the body is covered in gold.

 Level 126, the gold transformation of the left side of Midas’ body is complete. 

Around Level 128, Midas’ character is described as a ruthless and powerful leader with a golden body. 

Midas first appeared in Fortnite in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2 Season 1 depicted the existence of Eye Land, the land slowly turns to gold, and these changes were made by Midas.

In Chapter 2 season 2, Midas managed to control Eye Land. Headquarters called GHOSTS were created. Midas begins to build a defense (Battle Pass), a connected device with a tube. There were no plans to contain the hurricane yet, but those plans failed and the storm generated a large tsunami wave until the end of the season. 

In Chapter 2 season 3, after the live event, Midas will join SHADOW. His appearance changed and  The Agency became The Authority. This was followed by his defeat as Chapter 2 Season 3 began. 

At the end of this Fortnite season, it is described that Midas is out in the ocean, surviving on a wooden board. There is a large shark ridden by Meowscles crashing into Midas, causing Midas to disappear in this season. 

In Chapter 2 season 4, new land called Ruins was formed after Eye Land was taken over.  At the end of this season, a surprise comes, Midas appears with gold armored settings, which is a new look for him.

In Chapter 2 Season 5, Black Panther is bravely surprised by Midas, he deliberately shows respect after knowing that Midas is actually still alive. He was standing in front of what looked like Misty Meadows. 

In Chapter 2 season 6, a girl named Jules appears. Midas is said to be the father of the girl.

Midas, who is made of gold, can hide his age from his appearance. Players often consider Midas’s age to be 40 to 45 years in Fortnite.

Since Chapter 2 Season 2, one of the skins (Midas) in the Fortnite game has become very popular. Until the beginning of season 5, game fans were asked to bring up the “Midas woman”, and the name “Marigold”. 

Game fans stay curious regarding how to get female Midas skins on Fortnite. The Marigold skin is only available as part of The Golden Touch challenge pack. In that section,  players can buy the skin from the item shop. The price of the skin is around $11.99.
