This module introduces students to the concept of mindfulness, its scientific benefits, and how it can be applied in daily life. Students will explore simple mindfulness techniques to enhance focus and well-being.

Awareness & Attention – Training Your Mind
In this module, students will learn how to strengthen their attention, observe their thoughts without judgment, and engage their senses to stay present. These techniques will help them improve concentration and reduce distractions.

Mindful Breathing – The Anchor to the Present
This module focuses on the power of breath to regulate emotions and reduce stress. Students will practice mindful breathing exercises and learn how to use their breath to stay calm in challenging situations.

Mindfulness & Emotions – Managing Feelings Effectively
Emotions play a big role in decision-making. This module teaches students how to recognize, understand, and respond to emotions mindfully, helping them develop better emotional control and resilience.
