For the first session, students design digital storybook covers, using shapes for backgrounds, adding text, and learning element positioning and resizing.

Students develop infographics about water conservation, utilizing icons and text to convey saving methods in a visually appealing format.

This Project encourages the student to maintain an online journal. Each entry can be a new webpage where they write about their daily experiences, thoughts, and feelings. They can also learn about headings and paragraph Tag.

Minecraft


Snowman in the Snow land!
The first project on this module introduces students to Minecraft Game Interface, Game Controls, Code Builder, Coding Blocks, Coordinate Systems, Commands, Inventory Control etc. The project idea focusses on the development of a Snowman with the help of blocks from Minecraft Inventory.

The Scary Escape!
The project covers the fundamentals of Minecraft navigation, Player commands, Events block, and concept of Event Handlers by implementing an adventurous escape game.

Let us Teleport!
This session introduces the coding concept of coordinates, outlining the difference between relative position and world position along with development of games based on the implementation of coordinate concepts.

Striders Adventure
Concept of variables in programming, variable declaration, initialization and updation, World and Player Coordinate Systems, Position blocks along with the implementation of same using Minecraft MakeCode programming are some concepts you practise today.

How are BrightCHAMPS classes conducted?
Our classes are conducted live on BrightCHAMPS' platform, where students engage with teachers in real time. We offer one-on-one sessions to ensure every student gets personalized attention and learning experience.
Can I reschedule or cancel classes, if needed?
We offer flexible scheduling of classes. You can reschedule or cancel classes 12 hours before the session based on availability and learning preferences through the Student Dashboard.
What age group are BrightCHAMPS courses designed for?
All our programs and courses are designed for children aged 6-16 years, with structured learning paths tailored to their age and skill level. We recommend at least two sessions (1 hour each) per week for the best learning experience for this age group.
Can I get the recording of the classes for my child?
To ensure student privacy, we do not provide recordings. However, detailed class notes, projects and activities are shared after each session for kids to revise at their own pace.
What devices or softwares are needed for classes?
A basic laptop or desktop with internet access is perfect. Classes typically run on Zoom. We’ll guide you with any other platform setup instructions (if required) before the course begins!
Is there any homework or outside practice required?
While there’s no mandatory homework, we do encourage optional practice tasks, projects or games that reinforce class concepts which help your child apply their learning in a fun and engaging way.
Does my child need prior experience in these courses or any other subjects?
No prior experience is required for any of our programs. Our curriculum is designed to accommodate both beginners and advanced learners, with structured lesson plans.
