Virtual Tour to different planets
Hola young coders! Welcome to your first session on the Game Development module. Using the Scratch platform for coding, you will go on an exploration of multiple planets within the Solar System during this session.

Puzzle Game
It's Puzzle time! In this session, learn to use features on Scratch like Ask, Say, Move, backdrop switching, Conditionals, and apply them to develop an engaging puzzle game.

Maze Game

In this session, students will learn how to create a 3D model of themselves. They will also learn how to add text and images to their model, and how to create a simple animation.

Treasure Hunt
This project enables the student to create a 3D treasure hunt game and learn how to create a 3D environment, add objects to the environment, and create a path for the user to follow.

Story Time
Students get to learn how to create 3D models of the characters and the objects in the story, and how to animate the characters.

Word Mirror
The project in the first session provides the introduction to App development using MIT App Inventor platform. It includes basic designing and coding for a word mirror project

Camera App
This project provides the introduction to using a camera coponent in an application and click selfies.

Students are going to learn how to make an intersting and engagig facts app

Music Buddy App
In this project, students are going to create their own Music Player app to play their favourite songs.

Digital Storybook Cover
For the first session, students design digital storybook covers, using shapes for backgrounds, adding text, and learning element positioning and resizing.

Personalised Bookmarks
Students create personalized bookmarks using images or clipart, stylish fonts for names or quotes, and complementary background colors.

Save Water Infographic
Students develop infographics about water conservation, utilizing icons and text to convey saving methods in a visually appealing format.

Board Game
Students design a basic board game, creating a path with numbered spaces, designing tokens with shapes and colors, and establishing rules.
HTML CSS

Digital Storybook
This Project encourages the student to build their first website consisting of their creative stories and poems using primary HTML tags ,<br> tag and <hr> tag.

E-Travel Journal
This Project encourages the student to maintain an online journal. Each entry can be a new webpage where they write about their daily experiences, thoughts, and feelings. They can also learn about headings and paragraph Tag.

Coffee Cup
This Project encourages the student to create a digital recipe book where student can add their favorite recipes. They can include images, ingredients, and instructions. This project introduces them to image insertion and list

Scoop Troop
This Project encourages the student to create a restaurant website for ice creams.Ice Cream Price list will be designed using html table tag .
Microbit

Lucky Number Game
Welcome to your first session on Microbit where you get introduced and familarised with Microbit.

Flashing Emotions
The Flashing emotion project shows different emotion images on the LED animation. In this session, you also get introduced to the concepts of loops which make the set of instructions run forever.

Rock, Paper, Scissors Game
The Rock, Paper, Scissors Game uses the accelerometer. When the micro:bit accelerometer detects a shake movement, it sets the variable tool to a random number: 0, 1 or 2.

Graphical Dice
The Graphical Dice Game uses two different Microbits communicating to each other using Radio.
Minecraft

Snowman in the Snow land!
The first project on this module introduces students to Minecraft Game Interface, Game Controls, Code Builder, Coding Blocks, Coordinate Systems, Commands, Inventory Control etc. The project idea focusses on the development of a Snowman with the help of blocks from Minecraft Inventory.

The Scary Escape!
The project covers the fundamentals of Minecraft navigation, Player commands, Events block, and concept of Event Handlers by implementing an adventurous escape game.

Let us Teleport!
This session introduces the coding concept of coordinates, outlining the difference between relative position and world position along with development of games based on the implementation of coordinate concepts.

Striders Adventure
Concept of variables in programming, variable declaration, initialization and updation, World and Player Coordinate Systems, Position blocks along with the implementation of same using Minecraft MakeCode programming are some concepts you practise today.

Moving The Robot
For the first session, students explore the VEXcode VR platform and learn to move the robot in the left/right/forward and backward directions.

Drawing Shapes
This project enables the students to understand about the use of pen tool in VEXcode VR platform.

Eye Sensors
Students learn about the concepts of loops & Sensors and the use of 'front eye' sensor in the VR Robot in VEXcode VR platform.

Dynamic Wall Maze
This session helps the students to understand about the concepts of repeat until loop & conditional statements (If/ If/else conditions) in VEXcode VR platform.
Parental Guidance

This program is best suited for kids aged 7 years and above. Younger kids will need significant adult assistance as coders are required to manage technical issues that may arise during class.

What age group are BrightCHAMPS courses designed for?
All our programs and courses are designed for children aged 6-16 years, with structured learning paths tailored to their age and skill level. We recommend at least two sessions (1 hour each) per week for the best learning experience for this age group.
Can I get the recording of the classes for my child?
To ensure student privacy, we do not provide recordings. However, detailed class notes, projects and activities are shared after each session for kids to revise at their own pace.
Is there any homework or outside practice required?
While there’s no mandatory homework, we do encourage optional practice tasks, projects or games that reinforce class concepts which help your child apply their learning in a fun and engaging way.
How are BrightCHAMPS classes conducted?
Our classes are conducted live on BrightCHAMPS' platform, where students engage with teachers in real time. We offer one-on-one sessions to ensure every student gets personalized attention and learning experience.
What devices or softwares are needed for classes?
A basic laptop or desktop with internet access is perfect. Classes typically run on Zoom. We’ll guide you with any other platform setup instructions (if required) before the course begins!
Does my child need prior experience in these courses or any other subjects?
No prior experience is required for any of our programs. Our curriculum is designed to accommodate both beginners and advanced learners, with structured lesson plans.
Can I reschedule or cancel classes, if needed?
We offer flexible scheduling of classes. You can reschedule or cancel classes 12 hours before the session based on availability and learning preferences through the Student Dashboard.
