What is the Divisibility Rule of 222?

The divisibility rule for 222 is a method by which we can find out if a number is divisible by 222 or not without using the division method. Check whether 444 is divisible by 222 with the divisibility rule.

Step 1: Add the digits of the number together. For 444, the digits are 4, 4, and 4. Therefore, 4+4+4=12.

Step 2: Check if the sum obtained in Step 1 is divisible by 222. Since 12 is not divisible by 222, 444 is not divisible by 222.
