Fueled by the passion to transform a child's potential, Ravi Bhushan, an IIT alumnus and passionate innovator founded BrightCHAMPS to bridge the gap between what children learn today and what the future demands.
His goal is to create a platform where curiosity is celebrated, and learning is exciting, relevant and rooted in real-world application. Through BrightCHAMPS, Ravi is on a mission to empower children everywhere with the confidence, skills and mindset they need to become tomorrow’s creators, problem-solvers and leaders.

Ravi Bhushan founded BrightCHAMPS with the vision of creating the world’s most trusted learning platform, ensuring that no child is held back by a lack of opportunity. The journey began with a team of just 30 members and a single Coding program.

Most roles are in-office positions with standard working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM IST. However, we also offer select remote and hybrid opportunities with flexible working hours, as specified in the respective job descriptions.
Performance is measured based on pre-defined KPIs set by reporting managers. These include a mix of quantitative and qualitative metrics, with an emphasis on consistent delivery, impact and contribution to organizational goals.
