Step 1: Check if the number is divisible by 5, 3, and 13. If a number is divisible by these three, then it is divisible by 195. The number 3900 ends in 0, so it is divisible by 5.

 

Step 2: Check if the number is divisible by 3. Add the digits of 3900: 3 + 9 + 0 + 0 = 12. Since 12 is divisible by 3, 3900 is divisible by 3.

 

Step 3: Check if the number is divisible by 13. Use the rule for 13 or divide 3900 by 13 directly. Since 3900 divided by 13 equals 300 with no remainder, it is divisible by 13.
